Malaysian Airlines
We flew Malaysian Airlines for all flights except a single domestic flight in Taiwan (4 in total).  They are a great airline, very modern.  For those who have flown Singapore airlines, you would be aware of the crap jumbo they have servicing the Brisbane-Singapore route, which is why we flew Malaysian instead.
 
We had exit seats on most flights (for infrequent air travellers, those are the seats at the emergency exits which have much more legroom - a few meters on a jumbo).  That makes long flights much more bearable. Its at about the 4hr mark that it usually starts getting uncomfortable.  Every seat has a screen, with on-demand new release movies, current TV episodes, music and games.  Sure makes a 7hr flight go fast.  It is GREAT to be able to pause the movie when they serve dinner.  We have sure come a long way from the projector up the front with the old movie...
